Tony's Art. He created this in the woods. It was his vision; almost performance art. I photographed it.

Self Portrait from Summer 2012

The Jungle I found in center Florida in Summer 2012
Starfruit has landed on the diving board in our backyard !

Children's Dance Triangle
I did not take this picture of my family, but I edited it.

Charlottesville, VA. Old UVa. This coliseum is one of the places I remember most from my days living in Charlottesville in the 60s and 70s. It's a beautiful fond memory.

"Red Chair". In the dense forest of a campground in central Florida, I saw this red chair sitting all alone on a path around a small lake. The chair was beautiful in the morning light coming through the trees. There is a beauty in solitude.

"Starfruit on Stage". I saw a starfruit at the grocery store and brought it home to take pictures of it. Once I sliced it, the fruit showed its real potential in the bright sunlight coming in the kitchen window.

Reflected Pier Homes for the Rich. Picture taken in downtown Norfolk, VA looking out into the Elizabeth River. These condos are built out on an old unused pier. This day there was calm breeze blowing. I enhanced the picture using filters in the Pixlromatic App on my iPad.

How will I show you what I call My Art?

Like many other folks in the world, I use a camera. I have used cameras regularly long before we all carried them around as part of our phones. I have years of images stored one place or another. And, I want to share them with family, friends, and the world. Today, September 30, 2012, I am going to try to figure out this whole blogging thing to show off my best photographic works. It will be "My Art".
